Return policy
We offer a return policy on all products purchased from our online store (jalokivitukku.com). If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations after you receive it, you can return it and receive a refund.
Conditions for returns:
1. Always agree on your return in advance at jalokivitukku@gmail.com.
2. Complain about the product immediately, no later than 3 days after arrival.
3. The product to be returned must be in a condition suitable for sale.
4. Your payment will be refunded via the same payment channel used to make the purchase.
5. Your payment will be refunded once the product has been inspected.
